Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •   You will support clients’ daily business operations by handling incoming customer support issues and new requirements.
  • You will support clients with the setting up of new operations, business units, new systems and operational processes refinements.
  •   You will manage data manipulation projects.
  • You will carry out Administrative duties related to the above areas of responsibility and when necessary act as an executive pa to the managing director.
  • You will deliver training to clients on areas such as operations and inventory management.
  • You will Work together with software houses and other system suppliers.
  •   You will carry our business analysis, project management and handle, with the rest of our team, our retail clients’ stock taking.

WHO YOU ARE:

  •  Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business environment predominantly involved in inventory management.
  • Knowledge of business operations, accounting and inventory.
  • Familiarity with retail operations is a must but not mandotary.
  •   Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and SOP documentation.
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including partners and service providers) and provide support to non-technical stakeholders.
  •   Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
